Swing21 Privacy Policy
Updated 11 September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how DESTYLAT Team (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the Swing21 iPhone app and this website (swing21.com).
Overview
Swing21 is a market-analysis app. It shows basket-relative deviation for a fixed set of 21 crypto assets and an optional on-device paper basket. It is not a wallet, broker, exchange, or trading terminal. It does not create user accounts with email or password.
Swing21 uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to measure installs and in-app product events. That is data collection under Apple’s App Store privacy labels. We configure Analytics without Apple’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA) support. We do not use the App Tracking Transparency prompt for cross-app tracking.
Other products from DESTYLAT Team may have different practices and their own notices. This policy applies to Swing21.
Who we are
The controller for Swing21 is DESTYLAT Team. Contact: privacy@swing21.com.
Swing21 is intended to be available worldwide through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple’s storefronts and applicable law.
What is personal data
Personal data means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. Swing21 does not ask for your name, email, or phone inside the app. Analytics may still process identifiers and usage data that can be linked to your install (see below).
Analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand installs, app health, and how features are used, and to support measurement of advertising campaigns (for example Google Ads install conversion using on-device measurement where available).
Depending on platform and configuration, this may include:
- An anonymous install identifier we generate on device and set as the Analytics user id
- A Firebase / Google Analytics app instance identifier and related technical identifiers (not the iOS advertising identifier in our current iOS build configuration)
- App version, build, update channel, and device / OS information provided by the Analytics SDK
- Product interaction events such as app open/boot, opening a Watch idea, viewing Track Book, paper-basket swings, and re-seeding settings (with sparse parameters such as symbols or success flags - not your full paper-basket holdings)
- Automatic SDK events such as first open / session starts, subject to Google’s product behaviour
Purposes: analytics, app functionality, and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing. We do not sell personal information. We do not use Analytics to show third-party ads inside Swing21.
Google processes this data as a service provider / processor under its terms. See Google’s privacy documentation for Firebase and Google Analytics. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates.
Optional crash diagnostics
The app may include Sentry for crash and error reporting. When a reporting endpoint is configured for a build, crash reports can include device model, OS version, app version, and stack traces. We keep default personally identifiable fields off where the SDK allows. If crash reporting is not configured, those reports are not sent.
Data we do not collect
In the current version of Swing21 we do not:
- Require an account, email, or phone number inside the app
- Collect the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) - our Analytics build uses without-Ad-ID support
- Use App Tracking Transparency for cross-app tracking
- Embed in-app advertising SDKs that show ads in Swing21
- Sell or share personal data with data brokers for advertising
- Store exchange API keys or live exchange balances (that capability is not in this release; we will update this policy before any such feature ships)
On-device data
The app may store the following on your device (for example via the iOS sandbox, MMKV, or equivalent local storage):
- Chart and display preferences
- Target mix and paper-basket quantities or notional
- Cached public market snapshots used to render charts
- Notification permission state and last-notified idea keys
- The anonymous install identifier used for Analytics
Paper-basket and preference data stay on device for the product experience. Deleting the app removes local data from that device. Analytics events already sent to Google are retained under Google’s retention settings until deleted or aged out.
Network requests
To show public market information, Swing21 requests HTTPS data from third-party market sources, currently including Kraken (for example public OHLC and volume) and CoinGecko (for example market caps and icons). Those operators receive whatever is necessary to answer the request, which typically includes your IP address, date/time, and the public instruments requested. We use the responses to display analysis in the app.
Analytics and (when enabled) crash reporting also send HTTPS requests to Google and Sentry as described above.
This website is hosted on infrastructure that may log standard connection data (such as IP address and user agent) for security and operation of swing21.com.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Swing21 may show local system alerts when the on-device engine flags an exceptional pair idea. These are local notifications in this version (not a Destylat push server). You can withdraw permission in iOS Settings.
Third parties
Depending on how you use Swing21, third parties may include:
- Apple (App Store, iOS, optional TestFlight)
- Google (Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics; Google Ads measurement where linked)
- Sentry (crash diagnostics, only when reporting is configured)
- Kraken and CoinGecko as public market-data sources
- Expo/EAS as build and distribution infrastructure
If you email us, we will process the content of that message to respond.
Your privacy choices
There is no Swing21 cloud account with a password. You can:
- Delete the app or clear its data in iOS Settings to remove on-device preferences, paper basket, and the local install id (a new id may be created if you reinstall)
- Turn off notifications for Swing21 in iOS Settings
- Limit ad tracking / personalized ads at the system level (our iOS Analytics build does not use IDFA; system settings may still affect other apps and Google’s broader ecosystem)
- Email privacy@swing21.com to ask about Analytics data associated with your install or to exercise applicable privacy rights. We may need enough information to locate records (for example approximate install date or an identifier you can share)
If you contact support by email, you may ask us to delete that correspondence, subject to legal retention (for example fraud or dispute records).
Children
Swing21 is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it where required.
International transfers
You may use Swing21 from many countries. On-device product data stays on the device. Analytics, crash reporting (when enabled), public market APIs, and our email/hosting providers may process data in other countries (including the United States). Where required (for example GDPR), we rely on the provider’s appropriate safeguards or on necessity to provide the service you requested.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, to port data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. That includes rights under the EU/UK GDPR, the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, the California CCPA/CPRA (including the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” - we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there), Australia’s Privacy Act, and similar laws.
Email privacy@swing21.com to exercise these rights. Because we do not run a traditional user account, some requests may be limited to email correspondence and Analytics records we can reasonably locate.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Updated” date above will change. For material changes we will take additional steps if required by law (for example in-app notice). Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy, except where a separate consent is required.
